First established in 2006 as Nova Autoglass and Tinting, a few years on we created our Central Coast based sister business Pitstop Windscreen Replacement, the two businesses later merged to become Nova Pitstop.
We are a highly specialised small team of 6 each with a unique role within the autoglass industry. Our main focuses are windscreen repair and replacement, ADAS calibration and of course window tinting.
Our Trade base includes almost all of the new and used car dealerships in the Newcastle area plus some of the larger companies and fleets including local council, taxi and hire cars, mechanical workshops, plus mining and industrial fleets in the lower Hunter Valley.
Our retail base has been built on a solid foundation of high level customer service and the most skilled and highly trained windscreen fitters and window tinters in the industry. We find that ‘word of mouth’ is still our main source of new enquiries and believe that speaks for itself.

Brad has experience in management previously working at 2 of the larger national windscreen companies. He is Newcastles most qualified windscreen tech with a focus on camera and radar ADAS safety systems.
With previous experience in both small business management and automotive workshop service advisory, Angela is the perfect fit at Nova. She has streamlined our online systems for quotes, bookings and back office and we receive constant feedback from our customers on how easy the whole process is.
One of Newcastles most skilled window tinters, Cameron has the knowledge and experience required. He holds a Certificate 2 qualification in Auto Body Repair and has been in the industry for over 20 years. His amazing skills and attention to detail lead to 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
After training with Obrien’s, Maddy has quickly moved up the ranks to become our leading hand fitter. A very skilled tradesperson with Cert 3 qualification in Auto Glazing Technologies. She takes a lot of pride in the work that she does. No matter what sort of car you drive you can be confident knowing it’s in good hands.
With over 10 years of dealer level multi brand mechanical and diagnostic experience, Andrew has recently joined our team as a specialist Advanced Driver Assist Systems technician. He’s a top level mechanic and master-tech expert in modern vehicle technology and associated ADAS systems.
After training with a local prestige car dealership then moving to a busy independent tint house. He has brought a wealth of knowledge to Nova including implementation of our state of the art Computer cut window tint system. Caleb specialises in late model hi-tech and prestige cars.
